Return and Exchange Policy At Refool, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we are pleased to serve you with return and exchange requests according to the following conditions: The product must be unused and in its original condition at the time of request for exchange or return. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, Refool store bears the costs of return or exchange shipping. The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Refool store is not responsible for unsuitable orders resulting from incorrect size or model selection, or due to incorrect information entered by the customer. If the order is not received from the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping costs. The return request is accepted within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the customer bears the return shipping costs, and the return is only through SMSA. Terms of Exchange When wishing to exchange, the replacement item must be clearly specified.
